During this seven-day retreat, participants are guided through a deep, intentional healing journey held by an experienced shaman and supportive facilitators. The week begins with an opening talk from the shaman, who explains the nature of the medicine, how the ceremonies are conducted, and how participants can best prepare for the experience.
Over the course of the retreat, guests take part in three Ayahuasca ceremonies, each held in a safe and carefully guided environment. The morning after each ceremony, the group gathers for a sharing circle, offering space for reflection, integration, and connection.
Between ceremonies, participants receive three traditional plant baths, supporting cleansing and energetic alignment. Mid-week, the group also enjoys a boat excursion, offering time in nature and a gentle break from the deeper inner work.
All meals are provided, following a retreat-friendly diet, and each participant is accommodated in a private room, creating a quiet space for rest and personal integration throughout the week.

Across the retreat, guests take part in six Ayahuasca ceremonies, each held with traditional guidance and careful preparation. The morning after each ceremony, the group gathers in a sharing circle to reflect, integrate insights, and receive support.
Throughout the two weeks, participants receive three traditional plant baths, helping cleanse, ground, and harmonize their energy. Midway through the retreat, the shaman offers an educational talk on other medicinal plants used in the village, providing cultural context and a deeper understanding of Amazonian plant traditions.
The retreat also includes one boat excursion, offering time in nature and an opportunity for gentle restoration between inner experiences.

Dietas can range in duration from 15 days to up to 6 months, depending on the individual’s goals, readiness, and the guidance of the shaman. The exact length, structure, and level of isolation can be arranged in advance with the retreat staff to ensure the participant is fully prepared for the commitment involved.
During a dieta, participants typically follow specific guidelines—such as a simplified diet, reduced stimulation, and intentional solitude—to create the ideal conditions for learning from the plant. The shaman provides ongoing support, guidance, and oversight throughout the process.
